Zeligs appointed VP for Academics

Filling a position left vacant by Matthew Harvey ’13 last month, VSA Council has just appointed Amanda Zeligs ’13 as the new Vice President for Academics.

Vice President for Operations Deb Steinberg ’14 expressed the Operations Committee’s enthusiasm for Zeligs’ application, citing her diverse background in a variety of on- and off-campus organizations.

Zeligs joins the VSA Council at a controversial time, as Dean of the Faculty and standing-President Jon Chenette attempts to make changes to the Vassar College curriculum.
